We'll explore how decisions made throughout our City's history   by residents\, City staff\, and forward-thinking city council members   have helped shape our future. Learn how the City travels 88 mph to make infrastructure\, community service\, and public safety projects a reality.\n\n \n\nA buffet-style breakfast will be served from 7:30-8:00 a.m. The State of the City Address\, presented by City Administrator Scot Simpson with an introduction by Mayor Dan Toland\, will begin at 8:00 a.m. The cost for breakfast is $24\; general admission for the presentation is free.\n\n \n\nGuests partaking in breakfast must register in advance.
