Great marketing won't make a bit of difference if your customer does not have an exceptional experience in your destination\, at your business or in your region. This workshop will help everyone understand the importance of the complete visitor experience.\n\n	\n\n	While this will be a tourism-focused customer service workshop it will be beneficial to all front-line employees and staff.
