DESCRIPTION:Healthy Communities Partnership will offer FREE health screenings at the Chamber office on Thursday\, September 19th from 8:00   9:30 a.m.! This is a great opportunity to see everything this FREE worksite wellness program can offer your employees   annual health screenings\, blood pressure\, blood sugar and cholesterol checks\, BMI testing\, educational sessions\, on-line health risk assessment\, and one-on-one coaching with wellness coaches. \n\n \n\nIf you are a small business (with less than 15 interested participants)\, ALL employees are encourage to register for this screening.  If you have more than 15 interested participants\, please send a business representative(s) to participate and learn more about the HCP program. \n\n \n\nRegistration is recommended.
