DESCRIPTION:Treat Yourself to Wellness is a certified Run\, Walk\, Roll 5K Event - a great race for runners\, walkers\, beginners\, and families! Fun filled activities\, FREE wellness screenings\, and FREE food will be available all morning. \n\n\n\n100% of proceeds go back into our community for wellness based activities. \n\n \n\nTake part in the other River Falls activities after our event - Bacon Bash and 50th Anniversary of the UWRF Rodeo.\n\n \nEvent schedule and times:\n\nRace Day Registration: 6:30 am - 7:30 am\n\nFamily fun activities available from 7:00 am to 11:00 am for participants and their families. Many sponsors will be on site with special giveaways.\n\n \n\nCaptain Cash Kids Dash at 7:15am\n\n5K Run\, Walk\, Roll at 7:45 am\n\nAll events are located at First National Bank of River Falls parking lot.
