Nicole Strobel and Chris Snyder are River Falls–based REALTORS® serving River Falls, Western Wisconsin, and the greater Twin Cities area. As owners of Snyder & Strobel Realty, they help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate transactions with clarity, integrity, and strong local expertise.

Nicole manages the operational, administrative, and strategic side of the business, ensuring every transaction is organized, compliant, and thoughtfully executed from start to finish. Chris works directly with clients, focusing on relationships, showings, marketing and community connection. In addition to his real estate work, Chris is an active local musician with Third Wheel Project and Fire Water Gospel Choir.
