We hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving! Now that we're done with the turkey and pumpkin pie (other than leftovers!), we invite you Bird off the Bird with us at Inspiring Actions! This is a 45 minute non-heated power vinyasa class that will stimulate your metabolism and digestion to help you burn off those extra holiday calories.
