Lean Office is a set of guidelines used to improve office function by eliminating bottlenecks and waste. Barb Nichols is a Project Manager for the Northwest Wisconsin Manufacturing Outreach Center (NWMOC). She has helped companies in many different industries to reduce lead times, increase productivity, improve on-time delivery, reduce changeover time, reduce inventories, increase employee involvement, and implement manufacturing strategies. Barb has been with the NWMOC for over 7 years and has trained many people in the Principles of Lean, over 3500 employees in one organization alone.
