Scenario Planning for Uncertain Times

There is a way to understand - via Visual Interactive Planning (VIP). By merging high-tech tools and a collaborative process, this “scenario planning” helps people to test-drive the future, to see:

· What potential problems and opportunities may loom?
In short, scenario planning can demonstrate visually what the potential problems and opportunities are, where best to focus your energies, and what (and what NOT) to be concerned about. This engaging, real-time, interactive process allows people to understand the possible implications of their actions, and of things they can’t control.
