The community is invited to a Taste of Health: A Heart-Healthy Lifestyle Culinary Demonstration at WelLHaven.  WelLHaven will welcome Mike Shannon, Executive Chef & Culinary Director, for the Cooks of Crocus Hill - culinary boutique and cooking school - in the Twin Cities.  The demonstration will be both entertaining and engaging.  Chef Mike will prove how everyday cooking can be gourmet, heart-healthy and above all, delicious! As part of the presentation, all members of the audience will receive samples to taste and enjoy, as well as recipes to take home and try out.  After the event, WelLHaven invites you to stay for heart-healthy appetizers, refreshments and conversation.
