Immunization Clinic
Description
Pierce County Public Health Service's monthly River Falls immunization clinic will be held October 7. A consent form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian. If you must send your child with someone other than a parent (ex. grandparent, babysitter, friend) you must provide signed written permission for the specific immunization(s) to be given that day.
