Description
SENIOR OUTREACH STUDIES noncredit event. Join us on this docent-guided tour of the James J. Hill House in St. Paul, MN. Imagine family and servant life in the Gilded Age mansion of James J. Hill, builder of the Great Northern Railway. Completed in 1891, the red sandstone residence features chandeliers, stained glass, hand-carved woodwork and original mechanical systems that provided heat, light, water, ventilation, and security. The group will stop for lunch at The Lexington before heading home.
