?? Housekeeping Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
??? Team Leadership & Scheduling
• Assign daily cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff based on room occupancy and priorities
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across shifts
• Train new hires on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and guest service standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
?? Quality Control & Inspections
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure all rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for occupancy
• Monitor linen and supply usage, reporting discrepancies or shortages
?? Guest Service & Communication
• Respond promptly to guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain clear communication logs and shift reports for operational continuity
?? Inventory & Compliance
• Track and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Participate in budgeting and cost-control efforts related to housekeeping operations
?? Operational Support
• Lead deep-cleaning projects and seasonal refreshes
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment that supports team accountability
